1.1. Registration Requirements: To use the Quitit product, you need to create an account. You must provide true and accurate information and are responsible for protecting your account information. You may not create multiple accounts or register with a false identity.
1.2. Security: You are responsible for protecting your account information and password to prevent unauthorized access. If you suspect your account security has been compromised, you should notify us immediately.
2.1. Privacy Commitment: You agree to comply with our privacy policy, which stipulates how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
3.1. License Grant: According to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Quitit product and related services. This license is for your personal use only and may not be transferred or sub-licensed to others.
3.2. Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, destroy, misuse, or create derivative works of the Quitit product. You also agree not to use the product for illegal activities.
4.1. Legal Use: You promise to use the Quitit product only within the scope prescribed by law and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2. Inappropriate Behavior: You may not abuse the Quitit product, including but not limited to spreading false information, harassing others, infringing on others' intellectual property rights, violating others' privacy, and other such behaviors. Inappropriate behavior will be considered a violation of these Terms.
5.1. Ownership: The Quitit product contains materials protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos. We reserve all rights to these materials.
5.2. License: According to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials in the Quitit product, but you may not copy, modify, or distribute these materials.
6.1.Billing. If you purchase any Services, you will provide complete and accurate billing information, including a valid payment method. For paid subscriptions, we will automatically charge your payment method on each agreed-upon periodic renewal until you cancel. You’re responsible for all applicable taxes, and we’ll charge tax when required. If your payment cannot be completed, we may downgrade your account or suspend your access to our Services until payment is received.
6.2.Cancellation. You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. These Terms do not override any mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation rights.
6.3.Changes. We may change our prices from time to time. If we increase our subscription prices, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and any price increase will take effect on your next renewal so that you can cancel if you do not agree to the price increase.
7.1. Change Notification: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Quitit product or related services at any time. We will try to notify you in advance, but in some cases, we may not be able to provide advance notice.
8.1. Usage Risks: You understand and agree that using the Quitit product involves risks, including but not limited to risks related to the accuracy and availability of information. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the product.
9.1. Right to Terminate: We have the right to terminate these Terms at any time based on our sole judgment and refuse your use of the Quitit product.
9.2. Your Rights: You may terminate these Terms at any time by stopping the use of the Quitit product. After the termination of the Terms, you may no longer use the product.
10.1. Mediation or Arbitration: Both parties agree to first attempt friendly mediation or arbitration in the event of a dispute, rather than resolving it through the courts.
10.2. Court Jurisdiction: Explicitly choose court jurisdiction to resolve any legal disputes.
11.1. Prohibition of Transfer: Stipulate that users may not transfer their rights or obligations under the Terms.
11.2. Complete Terms: State that the Terms are the complete agreement between the two parties and supersede all previous oral or written terms.

12.2. Notice Effectiveness: Notices will be considered effective immediately upon sending.
13.1. Legal Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by Chinese law, and any disputes related to these Terms will be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in Hangzhou City for resolution.
